Grout / Tile Cleaning

Kitchen, Bath, Foyer, and Hall Floors

Tile floors will eventually develop traffic patterns, much like carpeted walkways, with discoloration in the grout joints. GROUT GROUCH ® will apply a solution to your floor that is designed to pull dirt out of the pores of grout joints. We then use our advanced steam vapor cleaning process to eliminate traffic patterns in your grout. Once your floor has been cleaned and rinsed, a clear, penetrating sealer is applied to protect your grout joints from future discoloration.

Q. Why should I have you clean my tile & grout when I can simply mop it?

A. Mopping alone cannot achieve the kind of results we can. In fact, when you mop your tile it can often make the grout dirty. You may get the tile surface clean but the dirt on the mop gets grounded into the porous and rough grout actually making it worse. We power down and focus on the grout for a deep and powerful clean.
Q. Can you guarantee the results?
A. It is impossible to guarantee how clean a given area will come. Some tile floors have never had a comprehensive cleaning. However, even with old floors we can often achieve great results breathing new life into your tile. If the grout does not come as clean as expected, we would recommend a Color Sealer to achieve consistency rather than a clear sealer. Before you replace it you should try restoring it, it may save you thousands.
